OTP Edge is a platform owned and operated by NKJ Group. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our", and "Company" refer to NKJ Group. By accessing or using our platform, websites, API services, and SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Services

To access and use OTP Edge, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials (API keys, passwords, bearer tokens) associated with your account and for any activities or actions performed under your account credentials.

You agree not to use our API to transmit spam, unsolicited promotional messages, fraudulent claims, phishing materials, or any other form of communication that violates local telecom regulations, Meta platform policies, or our Acceptable Use Guidelines.

2. API Quotas & Billing

Our billing operates on a flat monthly subscription model based on your selected tier. Access to specified dispatch quotas is granted upon receipt of payment.

If your application exceeds the allocated dispatches or uses resources outside the scope of your selected plan, we reserve the right to throttle API requests or suspend access until your plan is upgraded.

3. Meta Platform Compliance

Because OTP Edge utilizes Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud APIs to deliver OTP payloads, you must comply with all WhatsApp Business Platform terms, guidelines, and message templates policies. Any account suspended by Meta for violating their terms will automatically be suspended on OTP Edge, and no refunds shall be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, visual interfaces, documentation, databases, and structural designs constituting the OTP Edge platform are the exclusive property of NKJ Group and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our APIs in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. NKJ Group disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NKJ Group, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or inability to use our verification engine.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gaya, Bihar.

8. Modifications to Terms

NKJ Group reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the Last Updated timestamp.
