Refund & Cancellation Policy

OTP Edge is a platform owned and operated by NKJ Group. Throughout this Refund & Cancellation Policy, "we", "us", "our", and the "Company" refer to NKJ Group.
1. Subscription Billing Model
OTP Edge operates on a monthly subscription-based billing model. Subscriptions provide you with an allocated dispatch quota and prioritized API access. By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree that your payment method will be charged on a recurring monthly cycle until you choose to cancel.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to the Billing section of your OTP Edge Dashboard and select the option to cancel. You can also send a cancellation request to our support team at support@otpedge.com.
Upon cancellation, your current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, giving you full access to your allocated quotas. Cancellation prevents any future billing or renewal charges.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the infrastructure provisioning costs, and except as set out in Section 4 below, all subscription payments made to OTP Edge are final and non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused quotas or partial subscription periods.
We recommend users utilize our 14-Day Full-Access Free Trial to fully test our WhatsApp integration, latency rates, and compatibility before being billed for a paid subscription plan.
4. Exceptions & Billing Disputes
In rare instances of severe technical failure on our platform that prevents delivery of the service for an extended duration (greater than 48 continuous hours), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund.
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at support@otpedge.com within 14 days of the transaction date. NKJ Group will review the dispute and make a final determination in good faith.
